The Loughborough/Kings Avenue Federation is a federation of
primary schools in Lambeth and includes the area's visually
impaired service which provides outreach support for children and
students up to 19 years old.

Richard currently serves as Executive Headteacher of the
Loughborough/Kings Avenue Federation, a federation of primary
schools in Lambeth.
Richard is a primary strategy consultant leader, a national
remodeling consultant and a consultant in strategic leadership in
information and communication technology, and provides support for
schools in his own and other London local authorities.
He was a member of the founding governing council of the
National College for School Leadership (NCSL) and is also a board
member of the Training and Development Agency for Schools
(TDA).
