Emma joined the charity in April 2022 and supports external communications to schools and volunteers, with a focus on the Inspiring the Future and Primary Futures programmes.
In 2020, Emma graduated from the University of Nottingham with a BA Hons in Sociology. Whilst at university she acted as team leader of an aspiration-raising outreach scheme with a local primary school. After graduating, Emma began volunteering on a communications team at an NHS trust and later took up the role of communications assistant.
