Finlay is part of the regional team and is the project coordinator delivering the Apprenticeship Support and Knowledge for Schools project in the South West. He joined the charity in September 2017.
Prior to working for the charity, Finlay completed a PGCE at the University of Bristol and later taught History at Devizes School. Finlay graduated from Liverpool John Moores University with a degree in History and Politics and later went on to complete a Master’s degree in Human Rights with Law at the University of Manchester. He spent a year teaching English at a secondary school in Thailand and is currently working towards his Mountain Leader Award.
