As Senior Recruitment Coordinator for the Inspiring Governance Schools & Trusts Support Team, Ottilie supports schools and Academy Trusts across England recruit Governance volunteers and build diverse and effective Governing boards.
Ottilie joined the charity in June 2021 as part of the Inspiring Governance Customer Service and Matching Team. She holds a Bachelor of Arts specialising in Linguistics from the University of Western Australia and is passionate about improving outcomes for young people in the education system.
