Skills Policy Adviser, CIPD
Katerina joined the CIPD in February 2011. As the Skills Policy Adviser she is responsible for the CIPD’s approach to skills policy issues and engagement with policy-makers and wider stakeholders in this area. Most recently, she has worked on education to work transitions and engaging employers in tackling youth unemployment, launching the CIPD ‘Learning to Work’ campaign. Previously, she worked as a policy analyst for the UK Commission for Employment and Skills (UKCES) and as a researcher at the Work Foundation. Her other work experiences include working as a policy analyst on jobs and growth issues at the Brussels-based European Policy Centre and at the DG Trade of the European Commission, as well as an international think tank, Policy Network in London.
