New report from the Centre for London (incubated by Demos) on how London pupils can access HE, including the importance of aspiration, careers advice, social mobility and the value of high skills to the UK economy.
Simon Hughes, who helped launch the report, advises that the Access HE model in the London report should be replicated nationally. Hughes has submitted his final report to the Prime Minister on increasing participation in higher education.
