Inspired by our Redraw The Balance video highlighting gender stereotyping in primary schools (viewed over 100 million times), a new campaign in Denmark looks at the lack of female leaders represented in the media and calls for children to get access to such female role models.
‘Rollemodeller for Alle’ was launched last week by Danish organisations Female Leadership Academy and Kvinde Kompagniet. The campaign focuses on the need for more women in business leadership and hopes for a ‘domino effect’ of inspiration and encouragement for future generations.
