We have partnered with Swiss not-for-profit association MOD-ELLE. This collaboration began in 2017 with our report Drawing the Future where a number of entries came from Swiss schools. Mod-elle aims to tackle the gender stereotyping that influences and often limits the career aspirations of young people.
MOD-ELLE was created to help challenge the gender stereotypes highlighted in the findings of the Drawing the Future report. Their project Modèles d’Avenir (Models of the Future) was inspired by our Inspiring Women campaign, and enables volunteers to talk to students about their profession, challenge their preconceptions and show them they can be anything they want to be. This project is currently piloting in the French speaking Switzerland.
