What we do
We directly connect schools with volunteers from the world of work – real people in real jobs – who help children from primary age up imagine futures they never knew existed.
What we do (for volunteers)
Children form stereotyped ideas about ‘who they can be’ as early as seven. That’s why we work with schools from primary age up, to provide inspiring career possibilities.
Our incredible volunteers work this magic. Many give just one hour a year to share their story; and this has incredible impact. Our research (and the look on the children’s faces) proves it.
