Boosting young people’s motivation, attainment and career prospects by connecting volunteers from the world of work with schools to inspire the next generation.
The counterpart to Inspiring The Future, tailored specifically for primary-age children. Primary Futures engages pupils to broadens horizons, challenges gender stereotypes and brings learning to life.
A video library for young people, schools and parents featuring over 1,000 people talking about their careers with over 1 million views per year.

Our research

Exploring the impact of employer engagement in schools to young people and the economy. Our research informs education policy and practice, and drives our own activities.
