Charlotte is a Director of the charity with leadership across our Inspiring the Future volunteering programmes directly engaging with young people. She is also part of the charity’s senior leadership team.
Charlotte joined the charity in 2012 and was previously Head of School Programmes, with over 10 years’ experience supporting secondary and primary schools to engage with the world of work. She has led on developing and delivering a strategy to support an increase in school engagement with the charity’s projects and programmes, including funded projects supporting schools to deliver and embed career related learning.
Prior to joining the charity, Charlotte worked as a Campaigns Organiser for a Member of Parliament and has also served as a trustee at an international health charity. She has a degree in History and Politics from the University of Sheffield.
