Victoria provides bespoke support to our lead corporate sponsor Bank of America Merrill Lynch as well as account management to a range of our other top employers and professional associations to drive up employer engagement in schools.
Prior to joining the Taskforce in 2016, Victoria worked for HSBC in their Financial Regulation department supporting clients and employees with International and European financial regulations compliance. Since graduating from University of East Anglia with a degree in Politics and Literature in 2007, Victoria has worked in both Investment Banking and taught English as a Foreign Language in Madrid, Spain.
Victoria has travelled extensively in South America and Ecuador, which has provided many volunteering opportunities including supporting a project to help get working children back into education.
