Simon is the lead for our Salesforce CRM system which connects volunteers, employers, schools and colleges. He is responsible for the maintenance and development of the system as well as configuring reports.
Simon joined Education and Employers in 2018 after 16 years at a mental health and drug and alcohol charity, working with people to get their views and experiences heard. He retrained as a Salesforce Certified Administrator via the Economic Change Supermum programme.
