Megan is our Partnership Events Lead, having joined the charity in February 2024. She started out in the Schools Team, working with schools across the UK, before joining the Partnerships Team in 2025. In her current role, Megan leads the delivery of career events across our funded projects, working with partner organisations, and also oversees the day-to-day coordination of our Amazon partnership.
She also chairs the Socials Committee, helping to create opportunities for the team to enjoy time together outside of work.
Prior to joining the charity, Megan worked as an English teacher, and now enjoys working with teachers, partner organisations, and volunteers nationwide to make a positive difference.
Outside of work, Megan can usually be found discovering new music artists, out on a run (usually accompanied by a growing playlist), or immersed in her latest read. She’s a book club regular and has a long-standing appreciation for Virginia Woolf’s writing.
