Adeline joined the charity early 2025 and is responsible for marketing strategy and planning as well as ensuring delivery of communications and branding. She has been key in establishing our ‘USP’ which is true to us and based on insights with our various audiences, developing our tone of voice, wrestling with our social media and overseeing all our communications.
Adeline brings with her a commercial background – having worked for a very fast-paced airline for c15 years managing their loyalty programme, business marketing, trade marketing and finally commercial partnerships. Originally from Staffordshire, she then moved to South Manchester, working for The Co-op, before running her own consultancy business and working with a number of charities and a university.
Outside of work, she has a real love of learning – during lockdown she even completed a marketing mini MBA. She’s also a keen horse-rider, having originally dreamed of being a jockey ‘when she grew up’. Life at home is full and lively with her two adopted dogs (a Vizsla and a Welsh Sheepdog), her two adopted girls and husband. When she does get time to herself, it’s seeing friends or reading – she’s currently enjoying Seven Wonders of the Industrial World – and is planning on starting a book club at work.
