Cara joined us in 2024, bringing with her a strong background in working with young people across colleges and higher education. She also has experience of running events and workshops as a mindset coach, giving her a great understanding of what motivates young people and how to engage them.
In her role, Cara organises events that bring young people together with people from the world of work, giving students the chance to engage with people ‘actually doing the job’, ask questions and learn more about future opportunities.
Outside of work, Cara is a mum of two and enjoys singing and spending time with her family.
