Emma Noon

Emma is our Schools Engagement Coordinator, supporting primary and secondary school teachers to facilitate career-related activities by connecting them with volunteers from the world of work. She also supports the Schools Team in delivering a wide range of funded projects.

Emma joined the charity in April 2026, previously working at a health and social care charity. After graduating from the University of York, Emma worked as an SEND 1-1, and continues to tutor in maths and biology. She enjoys building a connection with young people and building their self-confidence, empowering them to reach their goals. She enjoys seeing the lasting difference Inspiring the Future activities can have.

In her spare time, Emma enjoys cooking, baking, and hosting dinner parties for her friends and family. When she’s not cooking, Emma loves to try new restaurants and cuisines, planning her travels around the best food spots.
