Sahreen is an EMCC-accredited executive coach and educational consultant, working with senior leaders to help them identify their strengths and lead with confidence. As a facilitator for the national professional qualifications (NPQ) programme, this includes supporting the development of current and aspiring school leaders across England.
A strong background in education underpins her role as a Trustee, with experience spanning school leadership, inspection and professional development. Previous roles as an executive headteacher within a multi-academy trust and as director of a school hub involved leading school improvement at scale and influencing practice across the sector. This work is supported by an MBA in international educational leadership, alongside specialist expertise in leadership development, mathematics and curriculum design.
A keen traveller, she enjoys immersing herself in different cultures to deepen her understanding of people and social connection. The same curiosity, openness and commitment to human potential shape her contribution as a Trustee.
